• Damage Deposit - $2,500.00  (Due 2 weeks before your arrival)
• Method of payment:  Wire transfer, Apple Pay or PayPal.  Full payment due upon booking 
• Absolutely no smoking inside homes
• You must be a minimum of 35 years of age to be the responsible party signing the lease agreement
• No pets
• Check-in noon
• Check-out noon
• Cancellation Terms:  No refunds unless the property re-books under the same terms and conditions as the original booking
  
  Any damage to property or violation of the above Terms & Conditions will be subject to a deduction at the owner's discretion from the damage deposit
