Come on in! From the moment you enter the gate, you are in your own private lake compound. This property has 3 separate homes and provides endless opportunities for recreational activities or relaxation. Meticulous attention to detail has created unique character & ambiance throughout the property. Special features include rough hewn cedar, knotty pine walls & built-ins, open rafters, cowhide covered chairs, American Indian rugs & pottery and slate kitchen countertops.
The back of the house has a full-length covered porch facing the courtyard and lake. It has 2 bedrooms (Bdrm 1: Queen bed & a twin bed w. a twin trundle. Bdrm 2: double bed w. single trundle and another double bed w. a single trundle) & 1½ baths. It also has a private Captain's Quarters (Master Bedroom) with a king bed and private bathroom that is attached to the house but separated with a screened porch. Sleeps 12.
The fully stocked kitchen features Viking professional appliances which include a stainless steel serving buffet, a six burner gas cook top, convection oven & refrigerator with ice maker. The cedar plank dining room table seats 20.
This home features an open floor plan which encompasses the massive stone fireplace and large comfortable couches. Both the master bedroom and the living room are equipped with satellite TV.
The Captain's Quarters (Master Bedroom Suite) is separated from the rest of the home by a screen porch (below) and provides privacy and seclusion. It has a King bed and a private bathroom.

Bedroom 2: Double bed w. single trundle and another double bed w. a single trundle.
There is a screened, enclosed breezeway with additional seating and bar.
The covered porch spans the length of the home and offers breathtaking, panoramic views of Lake Travis.

The second home is steps away from the main home and has a kitchenette (small refrigerator and microwave) with breakfast bar that seats 4, a living and bedroom area (open floor plan) w. Queen bed and a twin bed w. a twin trundle & full bath. The covered porch features seating, BBQ grill and stunning views of Lake Travis. This home is equipped with satellite TV and sleeps 4.
CABIN 3/4
The third home is actually two (2) separate living quarters. Each unit has 2 sets of Queen bunk beds and full bath. This home offers a large deck with tables, BBQ grills and spectacular views of the lake. Each unit of this home sleeps 8.
FANTASTIC & INVITING OUTDOOR LIVING . . .
One of the most magnificent features of this compound is the inviting Outdoor Living Space. Relax on the porch with majestic views of Lake Travis, enjoy a game of horseshoes, roast marshmallows at the fire pit, have a private conversation at one of the seating areas. After the sun sets, the courtyard with its special landscaped lighting transforms into an intimate and alluring atmosphere. With its large, mature trees, this area is the perfect setting for weddings, receptions, and all types of outdoor gatherings. It provides a private sanctuary amidst the beauty of nature, thus creating your personal stunning retreat.

This property has a 1400 square foot boat dock with a ramp that will accommodate 3 personal water crafts with electric lift. This dock is 55 ft deep and will accommodate a 30' boat. It also features an ice maker, stereo and refrigerator.

Restrictions
Without exceptions, there are NO 1 Night Rentals. No large day groups such as weddings. No bachelor or bachelorette parties. Tax Rate: 6% Security Deposit Required: $1000.00 Cleaning fee breakdown: Main Cabin--$162.75 Duplex--$86.80 Cabin 1--$108.50 ENTIRE PROPERTY--$358.05 If you do not plan on using all of the property, the cleaning fee will be based on the portion you use. Rates are subject to change. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we will not accept multiple checks from different people for the same rental.
