BOAT DOCK
There is a boat dock with two slips with lifts and a party deck above. (One slip is available for clients.) Unfortunately, due to the rough nature of Lake Austin, you can not have small, personal watercraft (jet ski) at this dock.
A fabulous two-level deck complete with wet bar provides expansive views of Lake Austin with plenty of room for entertaining or relaxing.
THE GUEST HOME
A private guest home sits high on the property surrounded by beautiful,
mature trees. It has a comfortable living area, spacious master bedroom,
a sunroom/second bedroom, deck with great views, an entertaining room with arcades, wet bar and large flat screen t.v.
The living area has great views of the mature trees, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere.
The guest home has a full kitchen that is open to the living and dining area.

A spacious bedroom provides a comfortable night's sleep.

March 1-May 24. . .$1250 weekend night and $1000 midweek night
May 25-Sept. 6, 2012. . .$1500/night with a 5 night minimum
All holidays and special events $1500-$2000/night with a 3-5 night minimum Prices do not include 6% tax and a cleaning fee of $378.88.
There is a refundable $1000 security/damage waiver. Absolutely no bachelor or bachelorette parties or drinking parties of any kind. ABSOLUTELY no 1 night rentals.
PROCEDURE FOR RENTING THIS HOME:
1) You provide information needed for us to write a lease agreement
2) We write the lease agreement and email it and a copy of the house rules to you with instructions
3) If your reservation is more than 30 days away:
Your deposit of 50% of the basic rental amount is due within 10 days
along with your signed lease agreement and house rules. The remaining
balance is due 30 days before your arrival date.
If your reservation is 30 days away or less:
All of the payment (the basic rental amount, tax, cleaning fee and
refundable security deposit) is due with the signed lease agreement and
house rules.
We do not accept credit cards so you will
need to mail us a check. (If you choose to send your package by
certified mail or if postage is due, there will be a $15.00 charge. A
minimum postage amount of .78 is required to send our lease agreement
back with your check! If you send it back in a 10 x13 envelope the
postage will be at least $1.78.)
4) Once we get payment, your reservation is confirmed.
5) When Jacque receives your payment, she will execute the lease agreement and email it to you.
6) You will be sent access information before your arrival.
Out of respect for the neighbors and the homeowner, this house is not appropriate for large, noisy or drinking parties!! We do not lease this home for bachelor/bachelorette parties--NO EXCEPTIONS!!
There can be no loud noise outside in the yard, on the decks or at the
dock after 10:00 p.m. There can be NO MORE people on the property at any
time other than what is stated in the lease agreement. These rules are
necessary to ensure that the property remain a vacation home for
families and friends to enjoy.

BOAT RAMP: There are two public boat ramps nearby. The closest one is at Emma Long Park at the end of City Park Road. The other one is located at the 360 Bridge.

LAKE AUSTIN ACCESS INFORMATION Bank access can be found at the Capital of Texas Highway (Loop 360)
bridge, at Emma Long Park, Mary Quinlan Park, and Fritz Hughes Park near
Mansfield Dam. Two excellent concrete public boat ramps are available:
the Walsh Boat Landing, located off Lake Austin Blvd., and a ramp below
the Loop 360 bridge. The Walsh Boat Landing features a dock and two-lane boat ramp for
launching into Lake Austin. Open water swimming is popular at this
location, and several picnic tables and a public restroom are available.
The Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) headquarters is located across the street.
