LOCATION:This gorgeous home is locate in beautiful Texas Hill Country in the small community of Briarcliff, Texas, about 30 miles from Austin, 20 miles from Lakeway and 12 miles from Spicewood. It is conveniently located near Pace Bend Park and Briarcliff Marina.
ACCOMMODATIONS AND AMENITIES: ACCOMMODATIONS:
Three bedrooms which include a king size bed with private bedroom, the 2nd with a queen-size bed and private bath and the 3rd with two twin beds and private bath. There is also a sleep sofa/futon in the media room. AMENITIES:
Blender, coffee maker, toaster, washer/dryer, ice maker, cooking utensils, microwave, outdoor gas grill. Linens provided as well as common necessities such as paper towels and toilet paper.
ENTERTAINMENT/MEDIA: Media room with 50" HD Plasma TV home theater, PS3/Blue Ray Player & X-Box 360 w. wireless remotes and "live" capability. Cable, foosball, game room, flat-screen t.v., card/poker table, wireless broadband.
