contemporary, comfortable style that makes it easy to settle in, relax
and enjoy your stay. It has approximately 8000 square feet, 6
bedrooms, 6 full baths, 2 half baths, pool, hot tub, game room, home
theater, office/study and a separate guest house.
The gourmet kitchen has mahogany, alder and maple woodwork, natural stone surfaces, work station island and breakfast bar.
Media Room has a 100" projection screen.
The guest house is very private with a bed, bathroom and sitting area.
Beautiful pool with hot tub and water features.

Isola
of Lake Austin is the essence of a luxury vacation home--and a little
bit extra!! It has detailed touches that set it apart from other
properties.
1) You provide information needed for us to write a lease agreement
2) We write the lease agreement and email it and a copy of the house rules to you with instructions
3) If your reservation is more than 30 days away:
Your deposit of 50% of the basic rental amount is due within 10 days
along with your signed lease agreement and house rules. The remaining
balance is due 30 days before your arrival date.
If your reservation is 30 days away or less:
All of the payment (the basic rental amount, tax, cleaning fee and
refundable security deposit) is due with the signed lease agreement and
house rules.
We do not accept credit cards so you will
need to mail us a check. (If you choose to send your package by
certified mail or if postage is due, there will be a $15.00 charge. A
minimum postage amount of .78 is required to send our lease agreement
back with your check! If you send it back in a 10 x13 envelope the
postage will be at least $1.78.)
4) Once we get payment, your reservation is confirmed.
5) When Jacque receives your payment, she will execute the lease agreement and email it to you.
6) You will be sent access information before your arrival.
Out of respect for the neighbors and the homeowner, this house is not appropriate for large, noisy or drinking parties!! We do not lease this home for bachelor/bachelorette parties--NO EXCEPTIONS!!
There can be no loud noise outside in the yard, on the decks or at the
dock after 10:00 p.m. There can be NO MORE people on the property at any
time other than what is stated in the lease agreement. These rules are
necessary to ensure that the property remain a vacation home for
families and friends to enjoy.

LAKE AUSTIN ACCESS INFORMATION Bank access can be found at the Capital of Texas Highway (Loop 360)
bridge, at Emma Long Park, Mary Quinlan Park, and Fritz Hughes Park near
Mansfield Dam. Two excellent concrete public boat ramps are available:
the Walsh Boat Landing, located off Lake Austin Blvd., and a ramp below
the Loop 360 bridge. The Walsh Boat Landing features a dock and two-lane boat ramp for
launching into Lake Austin. Open water swimming is popular at this
location, and several picnic tables and a public restroom are available.
The Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) headquarters is located across the street.
